Bought a brand new A.Lange - Sohne watch for $18K in 2018. The watch stopped working by the end of 2019, still under warranty. I sent it back for repair. They kept promising shipping dates and missing it, and finally sent the watch back one year later. The watch stopped working the first day. I called back and first was told that I am out of warranty now. It took 15 minutes for me to convince the guy they did not fix it correctly while it was under warranty. Then I shipped it to them 3 months ago and still no answer. They may be good for a $50 item that you can afford to write off, but don't send them money that you can't afford to lose.

I called customer service, but after being on hold for 40 minutes, the agent started looking into my order, then hung up on me. Same with the chat option on their website. Jomashop lost my business for good.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. I don’t know where to begin. This is my first time ordering from them and my LAST! I ordered two pairs of sunglasses 1x Dior and 1x Salvatore Ferragamo. My total came out to be $180. It was shipped out by USPS carrier. This was before Christmas. When I was tracking my package on December 18 I noticed that it said delivered at 1:22pm. I live in a two family house and have camera around the entire house. I checked the cameras before contacting customer service and saw that no package was delivered “on my porch”. I contacted Jomashop customer service trying to resolve the situation to see if I can get my refund and they told me no since it was “delivered” then it’s not their problem they can’t do anything about it. I kept going back and forth via email and they were REFUSING to provide me a refund. I even told them I have proof from my camera that I can provide. They still refused. I had no time to file a police report because I caught covid and had to deal with that, but I will soon proceed with the police report. I BELIEVE THIS SITE IS A SCAM! To me it’s ridiculous that if they are sending it out by USPS why isn’t there a signature required? I asked them that and they said “they don’t do any signature required”. Why not though?! It’s brand glasses why not provide a signature upon delivery. Also, the shipping carrier has $100 protection policy, how come I can’t get my refund when the PACKAGE WAS NEVER DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS?! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I REPEAT SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

Avoid this company. They will compromise your information. I received another customer’s order and personal information. I informed JomaShop immediately of the error and was told to return the item and the customers information and I would be refunded.
Jomashop refuses to refund me. They have kept the return as well. So now I’m out of my order and money with no grounds of recourse with the company.
My information was more likely then not compromised and the customers information was compromised. Personal contact information, home address and name and payment information.
Do not buy from this company. BBB already informed. Be safe. Do not buy from here.
I ordered an USD1500+ luxury watch on Black Friday and had it delivered to the UK, which attracted additional courier and customs/duties fees. Within a week of opening the packaging (as it was a gift for my wife), the watch turned out to be a defect. The faulty product had 3 issues: the arms of the watch were not aligned, the silver box surrounding the date came loose and the watch stopped working. I contacted Jomashop for help and the customer service communicated the product was not covered by the brand or Jomashop's warrantee(s) and that Jomashop would consider paying a service fee (after receiving a quote), but the defective watch would not be replaced by Jomashop. Jomashop did not offer to replace the defective product and caused further inconvenience for a brand new product I paid for in full. Very disappointing product and service, I would not recommend.
Ignore all the obviously fake positive reviews on here which all say the same thing. They will send you damaged or incorrect goods and then good luck getting what you paid for.
I received different sunglasses so what I ordered. not even the same color or style and they told me I have to pay to return them and get the right ones?? That's not even the worst of it the $500 USD watch I ordered was broken. They told me to get a quote to fix it here which I went around to multiple shops and provided them the cheapest, the clasp was snapped off completely so it clearly needed a new one. They said that's too expensive and I should send it back at my own cost as they can fix it for $20. Yeah right I'm going to let you fix broken metal with superglue!
I've gotten some awful support from overseas lately but this takes the cake. I'm done with these cheap and nasty overseas sites. I'm out of pocket way more than what I saved buying from this horrible website.

My tissot watch did not come with the warranty card. Big downside. I still have the lingering doubt that my tissot is fake!

Yes you have a guarantee from Tissot and from Jomashop and Tissot watches are Swiss made.

Yes, the Raybans that I ordered were authentic. I ordered the M1C78421 and they came complete with a case, cleaner, and Rayban packaging.

My expierence is that I get a response within 48 hours, which, granted is like a year in customer time. One email regarding stock was answered with in twelve hours, and another, again about stock, answered within 48, and the sub-sequential emails on same issue were very fast and included a refund, an instant refund.

They either obtain from an authorized dealers or the manufacturer themselves.

I believe most of the watches sold by Jomashop are what are known as "grey market.
They are 100% authentic but can be excess stock obtained from an authorized dealer or sometimes even from the manufacturer themselves. Often they are new old stock.
Basically merchandise sold outside of the 1st level distribution chain. Perfectly legit and quite common.
